A road safety audit is a formal examination of proposed or existing roads and related areas with the intention of identifying road safety deficiencies and areas of risk that could lead to traffic incidents. Road safety audits and crash investigations are a vital part of maintaining and improving road safety.

Road safety is a major priority in Australia, and DVC is proud to be in a position to be able to contribute to improving and maintaining a high standard of safety on WA roads. Safety audits are an area where DVC has significant expertise and experience, having several accredited Senior Road Safety Auditors on our team who have led well in excess of 150 safety audits between them.

We have also conducted fatal crash investigations on behalf of Main Roads WA, assisting the coroner in understanding the potential role that the road environment may have had in events.
