Donald VealDirector - BSc MSc RRSP, MCILTA, MCIHT, FIPWEA, FAITPM, Associate Fellow ACRS Donald has over 40 years of experience in traffic and transport engineering in Europe and Australasia. He founded DVC in 2002 and is responsible for overseeing the continued development of the company. His specialist technical skills include strategic planning, traffic forecasting, transport impact assessment, traffic management, road safety, surveys and providing expert advice and testimony. Donald is recognised by the ACRS as an expert in road safety audits and is an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor. He is an active member of several professional institutions, panels and advisory groups including AITPM and the IPWEA Road Safety Panel. |

Steve YappPrincipal Transport Engineer – BEng (Hons), MIEAust Steve Yapp has 30 years of experience in traffic and transport both in public, private and not for profit roles. Steve's areas of technical expertise include transport planning, sustainable transport, integrated transport, travel demand management, traffic engineering, traffic impact assessment, traffic modelling, traffic management, traffic modelling, pedestrian and cycle planning, strategic planning, road safety and road safety auditing and public consultation. Steve is an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor and a member of Institute of Engineers Australia. |

Colin SaundersSenior Transport Consultant – BEng, MIEAust Colin has over 35 years' experience in civil and transportation engineering, corporate knowledge management, resource project and study management, and more recently business coahing. He has extensive experience in traffic and transport planning both technical management, traffic impact assessments, strategic transport modelling, urban and commercial development, microsimulation, expert witness. he has worked clsoedly with private developers, planners, and both state and local planning authorities. Part of his management role has been managing key interfaces between project and operational groups. |

Giau TrangSenior Transport Engineer - BEng (Hons), MIEAust Giau has over 20 years of professional experience gained in both the public and private sectors. Her competency extends over many facets of traffic engineering such as undertaking transport impact assessments, concept designs, detailed traffic signal design, traffic reviews, design reviews and detailed analysis She also has had experience in roadworks traffic management plans and has undertaken many road safety audits. Giau is an accredited Senior Road Safety Auditor, Roadwork Traffic Manager and a member of Institute of Engineers Australia. |

Ken LakGraduate Engineer – BEng (Hons), MIEAust Ken Lak is a graduate engineer with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Honours. He has experience in AutoCAD intersection design to Australian and MRWA standards. He has undertaken SIDRA training and is experienced with the office suite of programs. He has been involved in a number of traffic impact assessments for local structure plans and individual developments. He is also competent with vehicle tracking software. |

Bryony VealTraffic Engineering Technician – Advanced Worksite Traffic Manager (AWTM), Diploma in Mass Communication Bryony has over 15 years of experience in traffic engineering including Transport Impact and Bicycle infrastructure planning. She is an experienced AWTM and has designed and reviewed several hundred roadworks and special event traffic management plans. Bryony has extensive experience in the design and analysis of traffic and parking surveys, including spreadsheet analysis of large data sets. |

Lucy VealResearch Assistant & Survey Supervisor - BA Lucy has over 15 years of experience with survey design and fieldwork and has been an observer to over 20 road safety audits and assists with background research on a range of projects. Lucy has experience in research projects, traffic surveys, parking surveys, road safety audits, and CRASHtool analysis. |
